Great job! I love your work. I have a question. You stated that the sutures will dissolve on their own. I had a tubal ligation done a few years back and I was devised of the same thing, however they did not dissolve on their own. Instead my body created a cocoon around the sutures and the wound opened up five years later. It was extremely painful and gross! I want to have this procedure done as well. What would be my options in regards to the sutures so that the cocoon situation doesn’t happen again? I also would like to have a tummy tuck, however again I am concerned about the wound opening years later and the cocoon situation. Please advise. Thank you.

This surgery is very wonderful, there are two questions to ask, first will areola deform in the later stage, such as oval shape, the second areola six months later, one year or wo years later, will it become larger,will the position of the breast be lower?

My girlfriends doctor wanted me to come up with some sort of look as to how my girlfriend wants her breasts done, she wants them done pretty much like yours and the doctor, Doctor Joe Hamilton just needs to see how exactly my girlfriend wants her breast augmentation done but doesn’t understand how she wants the pockets to be done, how she wants the nipples to be, when I asked my girlfriend to watch this video she asked me to ask you if you can make a video like I described, because she thinks you can make a good example video of how she specifically wants hers done.

So many uneducated opinions…I don't understand why people, who clearly have no love for plastic surgery, choose to spend their time watching plastic surgery videos. This was a beautiful surgery Dr. Harrington, I love how you took the extra time to sit the patient up and checked to make sure that she would be happy with her final results. It seems like you really care about your patients. Keep on keepin on!

1. They weren't experimenting on dead bodies smh, they're not aloud to show a certain amount of blood on camera, and you can see where they wiped up the blood, and i'm pretty sure it's illegal to experiment on dead bodies, and not to mention, where would you begin to even find a dead body to give breast implants to, also you can clearly see the person isn't dead, the skin would be discolored, and it wouldn't be fit to do any cutting into it, so stop saying they were experimenting on dead bodies, about the dumbest thing i've ever heard.
