  Thank you. I hate having under the muscle implants, and I feel as thought he placed them there because that's what he's been trained to do. I was at least a full b cup and had enough breast tissue for over the muscle. I'm getting mine re-done and going over the muscle. I"m doing this because my breasts have animation deformity (which I've noticed most women experience this) I experience pain when doing something as simple as playing video games, and my breasts are bolted on, and far apart. I'm a dd cup yet I can't create any cleavage because they will not touch. More plastic surgeons need to assess BOTH options rather than always learning towards under the muscle. Also, I still developed capsular contracture.
