Toothpaste is for teeth not nips. Dont do the breast implants. Some have been linked to cancer. They can go hard and leak and misshapen. They need replacing every 5 years. All the surgery causes scar tissue. As you get older, bigger breasts can look matronly. Leave your girls alone. They continue to grow with age and return to perkiness. Just ensure you always wear a bra even to sleep in.

Toothpaste burns and irritates your skin. Nipples are also really sensitive skin.
