In your opinion what is the safest implant or procedure to have least amount of complications like all the videos I’ve seen of the implant related illness? Would like to have it done but after seeing the videos talking about the illnesses I’m a little scared now.

I'm that girl Dr. Barrett! I am 120 lbs, 5'1" and had 600 cc for 10 years. Had a ton of problems and had them removed. Now, I don't even fill an A cup. I did have a lift with my removal due to so much sag. I breast fed 6 kids. Now- I am looking to do a fat transfer. Gracious to even fill a B cup would be a blessing! Possible?

Is there a maximum amount of fat that can be transferred to your breasts? Assuming you have enough body fat to remove…
Also, when you say you need enough fat, do you have an idea of what is "enough" fat to remove? For example in pounds perhaps? I hear love handles are the ideal areas of fat to remove due to the type of fat that is typically stored there (stubborn fat).

I don't have implants to be replaced but I have grade 3 ptosis and a lot of extra fat. Would I possibly be a good candidate for this? I am having bariatric surgery soon and plan to lose about 90 pounds.
