Recipe for breast massage from the video:
Ingredients:
o fenugreek seeds – roughly a handful amount
o fennel seed – roughly a handful amount
o black cumin seeds – 3 heaps tablespoon
• olive oil – ½ tablespoon
• Almond oil – 1 tablespoon
1) blend all seeds in a blender
2) put blended mixture of 2 tablespoons in a bowl (1 tablespoon per breast),
and store remaining amount in another container for later use.
3) Add oils into the bowl
4) Stir well to make a paste. If you think the paste is too thick then add another ½ tablespoon of olive oil. Done.
How to use:
Massage generously on breasts in a circular motion
It should have particles in it
It should stick on the breasts
Leave it on for 15 to 20mins, then wash off
Use 3 times or 4 times a week
I have written everything for myself and others. Hope this helps!
